I spend my days building websites for businesses that need them to work hard: bathroom remodelers, contractors, cleaning crews, stores and studios. The people visiting these sites are busy and a little impatient. My job is to get them from 'just looking' to 'let's talk' without any friction.
I've built sites from an empty folder and rescued sites held together by forty plugins and a prayer. I work in WordPress, Shopify, Framer and plain hand-written code. What stays the same is the way I work: understand the business first, build it properly, test it on real devices, and never hand over anything I wouldn't put my own name on
Right now I run Core And Solutions, my own web studio in Lahore, designing, building and looking after websites for clients in the US and Canada. Most of my days go into the parts nobody sees: lead forms that actually deliver, configurators, speed and SEO clean-ups (and discovering that one broken contact form can quietly cost a business months of leads).

Starting with why, not what
Before I open a code editor, I want to know what the website has to achieve. More calls? More sales? Fewer emails asking the same question? The answer changes everything: the platform, the pages, even the colour of the button.

Building for real constraints
Perfect conditions don't exist. Budgets are tight, hosting is cheap, old plugins are tangled and the launch date was yesterday. I'm comfortable making smart calls with what's there and finding clean solutions inside real limits.
Collaboration over hero code
The best websites come from real conversations with the people who run the business. I ask a lot of questions, explain things without jargon and show progress early, so nothing is a surprise on launch day.

Making the invisible visible
The most important work often isn't flashy. It's the form that really lands in your inbox, the page that loads before people give up, the redirect that saves a customer from a dead end. Nobody notices these details until they break. I make sure they don't.

Core And Solutions
Founded my own web studio. I design, build and look after websites for small businesses, and turned a Framer template into a fully self-hosted site with its own forms, email and a live gallery of 23 demo sites.

Luxury Interior 3D
Built a cinematic, scroll-driven showroom for a luxury interior studio: eight videos that play as you scroll, a 3D materials cube and a blueprint that draws itself. React, GSAP and Three.js, built and verified in two days.

Local Business Growth
SEO overhauls, lead forms and care plans for local service businesses in the US and Canada, including Terry Construction, Stella's Cleaning Crew and Comfort Pride Services. Tested 33 live lead forms end to end and fixed the ones quietly losing leads.

AlphaBaths
Built a step-by-step bathroom configurator on WordPress: 41 layered product images composed live on a canvas, with the finished design emailed alongside every quote. Also fixed their CRM hand-off and cleaned up the SEO.
